At Booínga - Oporto Coffee roasters our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We operate mostly in the Domestic (Portugal) and European Union markets but can ship everywhere else.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic shipments take 1-2 business days. EU shipments take 2-8 business days. International shipments have a higher variance and can take up to 14 business days.
• Shipping rates: our shipping rates are based on the weight of your parcel. We rate the weight in 3 different categories: Light Goods Shipping (0kg-2kg), Standard Shipping (2kg-5kg) and Heavy Goods Shipping (+5kg).
