Shipping policy

At Booínga - Oporto Coffee roasters our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We operate mostly in the Domestic (Portugal) and European Union markets but can ship everywhere else.

We always sell freshly roasted coffee, meaning that on some occasions we might still need to roast your coffee after you place your order. This means that while we usually deliver faster than this, domestic orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered, and EU orders can take up to 15 business days.

• Shipping rates: our shipping rates are based on the weight of your parcel. We rate the weight in 3 different categories: Light Goods Shipping (0kg-2kg), Standard Shipping (2kg-5kg) and Heavy Goods Shipping (+5kg).
