How To: French Press Brewing
Learn the easy way of brewing coffee using a French Press Brewer. This object is owned by many, however mastered by few. The proportion to use is very simple: 30 grams of coffee for half a litre of water (this proportion is usually ideal for 4 people). Keep in mind that the water quality and obviously the coffee quality (we'll take take care of that!) have a big part in the end result.
Follow these 7 easy steps:


1 - You will need the following: one french press brewer, water, one kettle and quality coffee.

2 - Place 4 tablespoons of ground coffee (coarse grind as shown above) inside the french press.

3 - Heat half a litre of water, bringing it to a boil. Let it rest for about 10 seconds.

4 - Add water to the coffee and make sure it is evenly wet. Stir the mixture and wait 30-40 seconds.

5 - Add the rest of the water and stir once more.

6 - Place the lid and wait 4 minutes.

7 - Press the plunger until the end. Serve in mugs ou large cups and enjoy your coffee!
